sculpture - relief works sculpture - freestanding works

The sculpture work falls into three main categories: relief works, free standing works and installations. I have always worked with free standing sculpture and installations, but the relief works emerged relatively recently. They evolved from collaged and constructed drawings in the late 80s and rapidly became a rich and fruitful area of investigation in their own right. All three areas are linked conceptually, though formally they may engage a somewhat different visual language.
